Adam’s journey began at Clarkson University, where he built a foundation in engineering and global business perspectives through international studies. Over two decades, Adam honed his expertise in the electronics industry, excelling in marketing, sales, and leadership roles at Amphenol RF, Ontec SSI, and Crowley Associates. In 2020, he founded Vitale Engineering to empower hardware engineers with expert component support they need to turn their ambitious goals into reality.

What excites Adam most is seeing his team’s contributions help engineers meet aggressive timelines and achieve milestones. Adam is driven by collaboration and the satisfaction of knowing his company makes a real difference in their clients’ success.

Outside of work, Adam loves renovating spaces to honor their character and spending time with his close-knit family of 17. He also cherishes their Sunday dinners, a tradition inspired by his Italian heritage. Fun fact: Adam once went skydiving in Cairns, Australia, from the highest breathable altitude possible, experiencing a 60-second freefall that remains one of his most thrilling memories.
